Dear friends,

It was only yesterday that we were back in Australia, lamenting our lack of activity and our long journey to our goals. Today we wake up in England with little time for sleep and pleasantries, working, rehearsing, writing, performing, recording – it finally feels like things are starting to come together. Tomorrow.. well who knows what that holds? Every time I lose an eyelash, I make a wish that tomorrow brings something good.

We’ve had a very busy month. Spent a lot of time at Terminal studios (our all time favorite ever ever rehearsal studio with the bestest food ever ever ever plus amazing sound) figuring out how to morph our album tracks into live songs. It’s been hard work. But we got there in the end. Still a few loose ends to tie together, but it’s definitely getting there. Also putting together our vinyl releases (Isabella//Long Walk Home double AA 7″ being the first of them) and their artwork etc as well as starting to write again, which is fun and exciting to say the least.

We miss our friends in Australia. You who came to the shows and said hello. And you who are our friends and family.

But it’s lovely making new friends here and playing to lots of new faces. It’s not something we take for granted.

Sorry, am watching season four of Felicity at the moment and feeling very reflective and introspective. And what have you. It’s definitely not a bad season.
